I hope I got your question right, but if you mean that: They’re not. But I wouldn’t want to call them “fake” either. A headcanon is something a fan makes up. It hasn’t happened in the series, but it’s something like a strong belief of the fan - strong enough to become “canon” in the fan’s head.
So, all the submissions here are just things Gintama fans made up, but they (or we) believe them to be very plausible. Nothing of this is confirmed by the series, though.

Yes, I have to approve of every submission before I publish it. If you just write that you’d like to stay anon somewhere, of course I’m going to delete that sentence and publish the rest.
